Information we receive
We may receive names, email addresses, relationship details, correspondence, photographs, documents and other information voluntarily submitted to the Foundation. Basic, privacy-respecting website measurements may also record aggregated information such as page visits, device type, referring site and approximate country.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to enquiries, assess proposed archive material, verify identities and permissions, correct the historical record, protect the website and understand how the memorial resources are used.
Publication and sharing
Sending material does not automatically authorize publication. The Foundation will seek appropriate confirmation before publishing personal tributes, photographs or documents. Information is not sold. It may be shared with service providers only where necessary to operate the website or archive, or when required by law.
Retention and your choices
Correspondence and approved archive records may be retained for historical, administrative and rights-management purposes. You may request access, correction, withdrawal or deletion where applicable by contacting contact@blwarillefoundation.org. Archival, legal or public-interest responsibilities may limit some requests.
Children and sensitive material
Material concerning children, private family matters or sensitive personal information receives additional review. Please do not send passwords, financial details, identity documents or confidential legal records through ordinary email.
