Rights and attribution
Unless otherwise stated, website text and Foundation presentation are protected by applicable copyright. Photographs, tributes and documents may remain the property of their photographers, authors, families or other rights holders and are published under permission or archival stewardship.
Permitted personal use
You may view and download publicly offered memorial publications for personal, non-commercial remembrance and reading. Brief quotations may be used for legitimate commentary, education or reporting when the author, publication and Foundation website are properly acknowledged and the use is lawful.
Permission required
Written permission is required before commercial use, republication of complete tributes, reproduction of substantial publication content, alteration of photographs, use in advertising, or creation of products from archive material. Permission from the Foundation may not replace permission required from another rights holder.
Requests
Send the exact item, proposed use, audience, territory, format and publication date to contact@blwarillefoundation.org. Do not proceed until written authorization has been received.
